Terms

- Verdicts are opinions. "YES you can vibecode it" is editorial judgment plus community input, not professional advice. Prices and free tiers change; we chase them but they can lag. Check before you cancel anything that matters.
- Prompts are free forever. No paywall on any verdict or prompt, ever.
- Accounts. Free, used for saving your stack, digest settings and participating in Vibathon. Don't automate abuse against the site (vote flooding, scraping at hostile rates, spam submissions); we can remove accounts that do. You can delete your account any time on /account.
- Sponsorship. Sponsor slots are paid placements, always labeled, and never influence verdicts. The commercial fine print (approval, refunds, scheduling) lives on /sponsor and applies to every purchase there. We commit 40% of the site’s sponsorship revenue to Vibathon prizes, calculated after third-party payment processing fees (such as Stripe). The remaining 60% stays with the site. Sponsors buy visibility, not victory: a sponsorship can never win a prize. Sponsors of a round, their owners, directors, employees and contractors cannot enter or win that round.
- No warranty. The site is provided as-is. If a prompt one-shots your replacement, wonderful. If it doesn't, your subscription is still there.
- Governing law: England and Wales. If some of this is ever held unenforceable, the rest stands.
Vibathon competition terms
Entry is free. The two awards recognise most approved projects shipped and the individual project with the highest net votes. Each month’s award split is published before submissions open. We commit 40% of the site’s sponsorship revenue to Vibathon prizes, calculated after third-party payment processing fees (such as Stripe). The remaining 60% stays with the site.
The full Vibathon rules form part of these Terms and cover eligibility, submissions, voting, ties, verification and payment.
